How we help our clients

One of our favorite sayings is from W. Edwards Demming. “Change is not necessary. Survival is not mandatory.” If you’re on this page, you’ve already recognized that, and we’re excited to help you take those further steps. We love helping businesses use technology to do things they’d been struggling with before. It’s our favorite thing to hear our clients say, “This took us so long before” or “We couldn’t even make this happen before”. We want to get you to that next stage. We love to use technology too. Our country has grown and thrived on the backs of technological revolutions, the metal plow, the assembly line, the car, the computer. We’re ready and able to help you implement technologies that make sense for you, with an eye on the future to prepare for what’s next.

We always try to use what our clients have on hand first. We have come in and overhauled offices before, but if we can use what you’ve got, we will. That being said, we will give you an honest appraisal of what you have, and help you make the decisions about upgrades. One of the things that comes along with embracing technology is constant change. That can frustrate many people, but we have some ways to help you separate your information and data from your devices, so that if upgrades are needed, they won’t be as arduous. We also help you maintain those devices through their lifecycle, from setup to erasure. 

We will give you an honest appraisal of what you have, and help you make decisions about upgrades.

We want to always make sure that there is confidence in the steps we’re proposing before we do anything. We are first and foremost educators. We’ve never believed that our clients should “just trust us” and take a fully hands off approach to their technology. For one, we think it’s a disservice to you. That means that every time even a little hiccup happens, you are required to call us. We don’t want that for you. We want to empower you to be able to handle the little bumps that come along and take them in stride so that you can keep moving forward. Secondly, we think that puts too much power over your business in our hands. It’s your business. We’re here to support you, not take your place. We’ll keep it as simple as we can for you, but what would happen to you if something happens to your current tech support?

We are first and foremost educators.

We’re consultants who do the work too. We’re not IT support that consults from time to time. Our first priority is to get our clients to their next step in their own technological journey, and every business has a different path. We’ll help you figure out the path that works best with your organization and then help you implement it. Wether that means freeing up over-obligated management or dramatically simplifying data intake from customers or staff, collecting or securing data, we do it all. We’ve been at it for a while, and once we learn how you do things, we will find a way to help you do it better, faster, stronger.
